Job Title: Procurement and Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to lead our contracting activities. As a key member of our Property (Asset) Team, you will be responsible for managing existing responsive and servicing contracts while overseeing new procurement exercises. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business success and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Ensuring all contracts are managed effectively and efficiently;
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve contract performance;
- Managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders;
- Identifying and mitigating contractual risks;
- Assisting in the preparation and review of tenders and contracts;
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all contracts.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in contract management, preferably within the construction or social housing sectors. You will need strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.;
