Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Information Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Member Advice Centre (MAC), you will provide expert advice and guidance on road transport compliance and operation to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to member enquiries on road transport compliance and operation, demonstrating a high level of expertise and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date knowledge of road transport law, safety, and operational matters, ensuring you are always at the forefront of industry developments.
- Lead on the development and delivery of presentations to delegates at internal and external events, showcasing your expertise and passion for logistics and transportation.
- Collaborate with government, stakeholders, and Logistics UK colleagues to ensure our members receive the best possible advice and support.
- Contribute to the creation of content for communications with members, ensuring they are aware of the latest developments in specialist compliance topics.
- Proven experience in road transport compliance and operation, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and understand complex information.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent keyboard skills and the ability to manage email and calendar effectively.
- Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners.
