Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Information Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Member Advice Centre (MAC), you will provide expert advice and guidance on road transport compliance and operation to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to member enquiries on road transport compliance and operation, providing accurate and timely advice.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in road transport law, safety, and operational matters, and share your knowledge with our members.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of member enquiries and provide regular updates to our team.
- Collaborate with our stakeholders and colleagues to develop and deliver presentations, articles, and other compliance information materials.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of our compliance advice services.
- Proven experience in road transport compliance and operation, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and provide accurate advice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
