Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Information Manager to join our Member Advice Centre (MAC) in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance on road transport compliance and operation, ensuring our members stay compliant with the latest regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to member enquiries on road transport compliance and operation, providing accurate and timely advice and guidance.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of road transport law, safety, and operational matters, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes.
- Lead on the development and delivery of presentations and other compliance information materials, ensuring our members receive the best possible advice and support.
- Collaborate with government, stakeholders, and Logistics UK colleagues to ensure our members receive the latest information and guidance on compliance matters.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, ensuring our members receive the best possible service.
- Proven experience in road transport compliance and operation, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and understand complex information.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
