Job Description

In this dynamic and close-knit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of tasks and maintaining high standards of organization. As an Office Assistant at Tiger Recruitment, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, coordinate meeting room bookings, and answer phones efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
  2. Meeting Room Management: Ensure efficient coordination of meeting rooms and resources.
  3. Telecommunications: Answer phones promptly and accurately, handling inquiries and messages.
  4. Document Formatting: Format documents consistently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and wider team as needed, ensuring seamless execution.
  6. Office Administration: Assist in maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail, supporting the smooth operation of the office.
  7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and taxis.
About You

We are looking for a bright, engaging, and personable individual with excellent communication skills, 1-2 years' experience within a similar role, and a 'can-do' attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.
