About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with our innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services that span the full spectrum of the fast-growing dermatology market. As an Account Manager - Biologics, you will be responsible for launching our new biologic portfolio into local ICS/Trusts and building strong relationships with key external stakeholders.

You will develop customer relationships while maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans. Key responsibilities include customer selling and relationship management, delivering expected performance and beyond in the territory, and creating successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of Galderma's exciting biologic.

You will work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deploy and deliver excellent local business plans in line with strategy and needs to key customers. Strong abilities to leverage Omnichannel approach for key customers to increase adoption are required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:

  • Experience working in high-cost drugs, including launch experience.
  • Ability to think independently and act autonomously.
  • Qualifications to degree level in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
