About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a variety of settings, including acute inpatient wards, outpatient departments, and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, complex care, frailty, medicine, surgery, trauma, and rheumatology.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
  • Participate in clinical education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services and policies.
Requirements
  • Active/Pending HCPC Registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience of working in an acute hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities
