Medical Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor at Reactive Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of patients' functional abilities to determine their eligibility for benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and generate high-quality reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
- Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
- Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.
- Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports.
- Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
- Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.
- Competitive salary and bonuses, including a starting salary of £38,500 - £41,500 and additional bonuses for quality and retention.

- Sample schedules include: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm.
- We will provide at least 4 weeks' notice for any changes to your schedule.
