About the Role
- Develop and implement effective recovery plans for service users, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support and guidance to individuals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Provide one-to-one support and facilitate group sessions to promote individual progress and empowerment.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in a related role.
- Strong understanding of mental health and substance misuse issues, including their impact on individuals and communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the organization.
