Care Coordinator

As a key member of our team at Be Caring, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of social care. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our growing employee-owned organisation and contribute to delivering high-quality care and support to our customers and local communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and organise care, creating efficient rotas that minimise travel and maximise care continuity.
  • Communication: Share important information, ensuring people receive the care they need, and communicate with compassion, kindness, and understanding.
  • Problem-Solving: Prioritise workload, work under time pressures, and be proactive in preventing concerns and complaints.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, using information and data to inform discussions and decision-making.

Care Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Communicate with customers, their families, and care colleagues regarding new care services and changes to care services, and establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Previous coordination experience is essential.
  • Essential requirement: Driver.
  • Permanent contract, 9am-5pm working hours, with on-call payments.
