About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a forward-thinking recruitment agency, is excited to announce a permanent position available for a Senior Team Lead within the SPA/MASH Team to work Full Time for Achieving for Children, Windsor & Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly report to the Associate Director, providing regular updates on team performance and safeguarding activity.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to various internal and external boards, ensuring the service meets strategic goals and national requirements.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to various team members, including Assistant Team Managers, Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively lead the SPA/MASH Team. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring compliance with national requirements, and making key decisions to support the success of the team.

What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment.
