Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Team Manager within the SPA/MASH Team. The successful candidate will work full-time for Achieving for Children, Windsor & Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular updates to the Associate Director on team performance and safeguarding activity.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to various internal and external boards, ensuring the service meets strategic goals and national requirements.
  • Offer supervision and guidance to team members, including Assistant Team Managers, Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
