**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional **Student Welfare Assistant** to join our dedicated team at Academics Ltd. As a Student Welfare Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting students who face challenges in the classroom.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to adapt their approach to meet the diverse needs of our students, who range from 4 to 16 years old. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and personally.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and implementation
  • Helping students manage their emotions and behaviours
  • Engaging students in phonics practice and reading exercises
