We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a secondary school setting.

Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or small group support, adapting teaching materials, and managing classroom behaviour. We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £23,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with SEN. You will adapt teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of your students, and manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
