Job Title: Special Needs Education Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Special Needs Education Manager to lead the provision for inclusive education in a welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality SEN provision to support excellent learning outcomes for all pupils, including those with special educational needs, English as an additional language, and other vulnerable groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies.
  • Provide coaching to enhance inclusive teaching across the school.
  • Ensure all SEN and inclusion policies and procedures are up-to-date and fully compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with colleagues, pupils, and parents.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
