Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Compliance Manager in administering various duties such as raising and receipting purchase orders, assisting the accounts payable team and business functions with invoice queries, and helping with new supplier onboarding and other related queries regarding suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries received into the procurement email account.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the various business functions, including raising purchase orders as per the company process and chasing payment approval for invoices from authorized persons and actioning purchase order receipts.
  • Assist with new supplier onboarding and setup.

Requirements:

  • A strong administrator with the ability to liaise and correspond with people at all levels.
  • Experience in working in or closely with accounts payable departments.
  • Experience of working in a purchasing or procurement function would be advantageous – training and assistance will be given and provided.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages and able to pick up systems and processes quickly.
