Deputy Supported Housing Manager

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Supported Housing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Provision: Collaborate with the Supported Housing Manager to ensure the daily operations of the services meet the requirements of the service specification, including compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted regulations.
  • Leadership and People Management: Directly line manage team members, ensuring their service delivery, working culture, and personal development mirror best practice.
  • General: Be a member of the 'on call' rota to provide out-of-hours management support to projects in the wider locality.

You will have a proven track record of working in supported housing or similar services for young people and/or adults at risk, as well as managing and/or supervising a team. You will have working knowledge of Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and Ofsted, along with working knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and has the skills and experience to lead a dynamic team to achieve this goal.
