School Software Support Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Software Apprentice Officer in Stafford. This role combines hands-on technical experience with business skills development.

About the Job

You will provide on-site school support, office-based, and remote support services to schools using SIMS consultancy and training. Your key responsibilities include resolving problems related to SIMS and ARBOR support, designing and delivering technical training, and assisting in customer skill development.

Requirements:
  • Passion for IT and a desire to start a career in this field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and a positive attitude
Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of up to £25,000 dependent on experience, a fully funded apprenticeship qualification, and 23 days' holiday (rising to 27). Our benefits package includes company matched pension, life assurance, and voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle.
