About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apprenticeships Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of apprentices within our network of employer partners.

The Apprenticeships Recruitment and Onboarding Officer will ensure every apprentice begins their journey with the right foundation, providing outstanding support to both apprentices and employers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
    • ">
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to suitable employers.">
    • Follow and utilize FG Apprenticeships' robust recruitment process, putting forward quality candidates for interviews and trials with employers.">
    • Fulfill annual recruitment targets by effectively recruiting high-quality apprentices.">
    • Buildeffective relationships with salons and employers to understand their apprenticeship needs and ensure effective recruitment matches.">

    • ">
    • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes adhere to government funding and regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar role (experience within apprenticeships or education is desirable).">
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for supporting young people and apprentices.">
  • Knowledge of the hairdressing industry or vocational training would be beneficial.">

Education and Experience

GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Prior recruitment experience (2 years preferred).
