About the Role

This position plays a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of apprentices within our network of employer partners. As an Apprenticeships Recruitment and Onboarding Officer, you will ensure every apprentice begins their journey with the right foundation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a proactive mindset and passion for supporting young people and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to suitable employers.
  • Follow and utilize Francesco Group's robust recruitment process, putting forward quality candidates for interviews and trials with employers.
  • Fulfill vacancies with the best apprentices through effective recruitment procedures to hit the company's annual recruitment targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salons and employers to understand their apprenticeship needs and ensure effective recruitment matches.
