Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to oversee warehouse activities from receipt to distribution, ensuring a safe working environment at our Stafford Fulfilment Centre.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 multi-site setting.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in inventory management, stock control, and transportation coordination using JDA systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, stock placement, and transport coordination using JDA system software.
  • Maintain accurate stock keeping and control systems.
  • Monitor and report stock discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve productivity through efficient pick paths and space utilisation.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in inventory management and stock control within a similar operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to design reports.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills under pressure.
