**Senior Payroll Officer Job Description**

EA First Compass House is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to manage payroll processing for employees across the organisation. This fixed-term contract role requires a strong background in payroll management, preferably with CIPP certification or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using payroll software, and have experience in payroll-related project work. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and preparing for audits.

**Key Requirements**

  • Substantial payroll experience, preferably with CIPP certification or equivalent.
  • Expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and skilled in using Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience in payroll-related project work, including annual salary reviews and National Minimum Wage checks.

**Contract Details**

This is a fixed-term contract role, initially for 4 months. The successful candidate will work 4 days WFH and 1 day onsite, with a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum pro rata.
