Job Description

In this Environmental Monitoring Officer position, you will be working as a key member of our Energy Management team in Stafford, UK. Your primary responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for the energy management team to arrange and attend client sites for fulfilling DEC requirements.

You will support our Projects Engineer in managing client BMS, ensuring key deadlines are met and continuity of service when the principal officer is away. Collaboration with our Data Analyst is essential to load data from site visits into our SystemsLink software correctly.

Initiative is crucial in understanding new solutions being introduced to the market that can benefit clients in achieving their net zero goals. Additionally, you will provide support to property teams offering Schools and MATs opportunities to secure energy management and reduction funding.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Register maintenance and updating for clients purchasing DEC SLAs and setting reminders for renewals.
  • Organize and attend site visits for surveys of properties and arranging access to energy consumption data if needed.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to upload and validate incoming data sources in the SystemsLink database according to agreed priorities.
  • Operational support provision to ensure the Energy Management team meets its obligations to clients purchasing the Building Management Support SLA.
  • Improvement recommendations and implementation suggestions regarding the team's use of the SystemsLink software package.

Estimated Salary: £42,500 per annum based on industry standards and location
