">We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Provider to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work with individuals who require high levels of care and support in their own homes.
">Key Responsibilities
">Your main duties will include providing personal care, supporting daily living activities, and assisting with medication management. You will also work closely with our clinical team to develop and improve your skills in various areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
">Requirements
">You do not need any prior care experience, but you must have plenty of care, compassion, and resilience. You will receive full nurse-led training and support to help you succeed in this role.
">Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, refer a friend scheme, and enhanced DBS check.
