About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Brandon Trust. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live the lives they want to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to develop daily living skills and access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, ensuring the health and well-being of those we support.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their families, and external professionals.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and a positive, patient approach.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work well as part of a team.
  • Resilience and respect for people's differences.
