Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in North Petherton. As a key member of our residential service, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision and management of the service, helping individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of others. You will work closely with the Manager to lead our residential service and ensure the people we support receive high-quality care.

We are interested in candidates with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
