Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker in the Durham area.

This role involves providing support in various aspects of daily life, including cooking, cleaning, and participating in community activities such as cinema trips, music events, and shopping.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be flexible, and have a genuine passion for helping individuals with autism live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to adults with autism in a variety of settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management
  • Participate in community activities and outings that promote socialization and independence
