About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune (Europe) Ltd. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences that showcase our brand's personality and style.

Responsibilities
  1. Create innovative and engaging visual displays that reflect our brand's aesthetic and values
  2. Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistency across all store locations
  3. Maintain open communication channels with store teams to ensure smooth execution of presentations
  4. Contribute to the development of new store concepts and seasonal promotions
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to bring new ideas to life
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven track record in regional retail visual merchandising, preferably within the home lifestyle sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, display, and visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring
  • Fully qualified driver, willing to travel extensively within the UK
