Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune (Europe) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays and layouts in our showrooms, ensuring that our brand presentation guidelines are consistently applied across all locations.

• Collaborate with the wider team to design and implement new and creative presentations across selected stores
• E nsure Brand Presentation Guidelines are installed and adapted accordingly, reflecting store architecture and customer demographics
• Support store teams in maintaining and updating presentations to the highest standards through regular communication
• Contribute to the setup of new and/or model stores, working with creative and store teams to deliver a completed store presentation
• Assist in the setup of each new season in the support office, collaborating with the creative team to deliver a completed seasonal presentation

• Experience in regional retail visual merchandising, ideally within the home lifestyle market with a design or display background
• Proven ability to work independently, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and aptitude for coaching others
• Fully licensed driver, able to travel within the UK as required
