Job Description
  • Register purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Post authorised purchase invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare suggested payments reports and collate invoices due for payment.
  • Check supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Authorise credit card statements and resolve account queries.
  • Raise weekly invoices for accurate record-keeping.
