Customer Solutions Executive

We are recruiting for a Customer Solutions Executive to join our team in Ashford.
About the Company:
Our company, MorePeople, is a leading provider of recruitment services, specialising in the placement of skilled professionals into a wide range of industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective customer solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account managers and customers.
- Analyse and report on key business metrics, including turnover, assortment, and profitability.
Candidate Criteria:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- A commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will be based in Ashford.
