You will be responsible for leading service transition activities, managing stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet business requirements. Your primary focus will be on developing end-to-end support structures, ensuring effective transfer to operations, and maintaining fully documented services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Service Transition Activities: Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless service transitions from design to delivery.
  • Managing Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, including business owners, project managers, design, and operations teams, to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintaining Fully Documented Services: Ensure lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support, and documentation with formal sign-off, aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Representing Operations: Participate in project meetings to implement service acceptance criteria and align 3rd party contracts with the support model.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of service transition, management, and operations principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering successful transition or transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
