We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of Delivery Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our non-infrastructure capital programmes to Scottish Water.

We offer a competitive salary of £130,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement, corporate discounts, and a comprehensive pension plan.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major capital programmes for utility clients, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent leadership qualities. They will also have experience of PLC policies and procedures relating to BMS / Quality / Employment, as well as trained Operational Health and Safety procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall coordination and management of the SR15 and SR21 delivery portfolios from Gate 70 to Gate 120
  • Develop the delivery strategy for projects as they pass through Scottish Water's Gated governance process
  • Work closely with Supply Chain lead building delivery relationships that will assist effective outcomes on value for money, quality, safety, and constructability
  • Hold accountability for the commercial performance of the projects passing through SW's governance gateways
  • Maintain and influence opportunities to support off-setting of the Target Efficiency Factor
  • Motivational individual – good leadership qualities.
