Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Programme Delivery to join our team in 2024. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will provide high-level planning services for the preparation of project plans, produce baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models. You will work closely with project managers to improve the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of our programme delivery capability. This role requires strong leadership skills, customer focus, and the ability to implement best practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
• Support senior management in negotiations, contract development, and other business development activities, ensuring due diligence is applied.
• Lead and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.

Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale civil engineering/infrastructure projects, preferably for a tier 1 contractor or client-side consultancy.
• Construction-related degree (civil/structural engineering, or construction/project management) or equivalent.
• Experience working on large projects/programmes, with a strong understanding of NEC contracts and civils/infrastructure projects.
