Research and Development Lead

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Manager to oversee the development of new electronic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include setting and monitoring team objectives, day-to-day management of the team, annual reviews, recruitment, and overseeing design verification, BOMs, training, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering subject, including electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or maths. They will also have significant experience developing electronic products, including firmware and software, with proven project management skills.
