Luton Bennett is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to manage the development of its subsea equipment products.

Job Description:
  • Lead a team of engineers and manage the design and development of electronic products, including firmware and software
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product development efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics, or mathematics (or equivalent) and significant experience in electronic product development, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary and Benefits:
