About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Typo. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, working closely with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to execute the management team's direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales budgets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude among sales associates
  • Support and direct sales associates in their assigned duties, providing guidance and assistance as needed
  • Ensure sales associates' attendance, productivity, and morale are maintained at a high level

Requirements

  • Proven retail sales experience with a track record of introducing new products to customers and driving sales
  • Leadership experience in a retail environment, with a focus on developing team members
  • Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency and deliver high standards of customer service
