We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our facilities and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Contractual Management:
- Maintain effective client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and prioritizing safety in all activities.
- Support the Head of FM in exceeding contractual obligations and driving continuous improvement.
- Sub-Contractor Management:
- Manage sub-contracted services to meet client expectations, focusing on minimizing KPI failures and financial penalties.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, including risk assessments and incident reporting, and implement corrective actions.
- Operational Excellence:
- Embed and monitor management reporting and quality systems, tracking metrics for contract performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to profit protection processes and SLAs.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate productive site-level relationships with clients and maintain proactive communication with sub-contractors.
- Actively seek feedback and commit to continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Training and Development:
- Support the ESS Way Commitments program and ensure effective training and development within the team.
- Project and Cost Management:
- Lead and manage all sub-contractor service projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and provide clear monthly reporting.
- Monitor contract costs and analyze data to drive improvements.
- HR and Compliance:
- Manage team members according to HR policies, ensuring all sub-contractors comply with updated
