Key Responsibilities:
Analyse costs for highway infrastructure projects, including detailed estimating, cost planning, and cost control.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate and finalize contractual terms.
Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection and appointment.
Handle variations, claims, and disputes to secure favorable outcomes.
Conduct regular site visits to track progress and provide financial updates.
Monitor project budgets and cash flows, identifying and addressing risks.
Requirements:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in highway infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in cost estimating, contract administration, and procurement.
Ability to manage project finances effectively.
Familiarity with software like MS Excel and MS Project.
A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
