Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, delivery, and handover of the section with a 'right first time' mentality.
  • Manage a team to create an effective working environment.
  • Undertake temporary works inspections and review designs.
  • Produce a 3-month lookahead for the section of works, ensuring alignment with the contract programme.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed site records are kept.
  • Communicate changes and ensure requisitions for plant and materials are raised in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Capture and store quality records correctly.
