Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised tuition to pupils in need of additional support.

We are committed to creating a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Develop strong relationships with pupils and their families to ensure effective communication
  • Monitor pupil progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Contract Details:

  • Location: Essex
  • Position: 1:1 Outreach Tutor
  • Type of work: Contract
  • Duration: Until the pupil can reintegrate into a new school placement
  • Hours: Part-time (15 hours per week)
  • Pay: £25-30 per hour

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • QTS or equivalent
  • UK classroom teaching experience, working with SEND or disengaged pupils
