Role Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Provide one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring, conducted at pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools.
  • Student Support: Build meaningful connections with students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.
Requirements
  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field).
  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of diverse ages and abilities.
