Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary of £23,264 per annum (pro rata), commensurate with experience and qualifications.


Job Description

This role involves supporting adults with diverse physical, mental, and behavioral needs in a supported living setting. Our individuals are energetic and participate in various community activities such as walking, parks, swimming, bowling, visiting cafes, restaurants, and shops.


Daily Responsibilities
  • Supporting daily living activities, including community engagement and outings.
  • Assisting with social interactions and connections with family and friends.
  • Managing personal finances.
  • Maintaining a clean and fresh living environment.
  • Providing personal care and promoting independence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience supporting individuals with autism and challenging behavior. A full UK manual or automatic driving license is required, and you must be willing to drive our service vehicle.
