About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Old Age Psychiatrist to join our team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and professional leadership to our medical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality patient care that improves lives
  • Providing professional leadership and clinical supervision to the medical team
  • Designated training responsibilities for junior doctors
  • Engagement within the Trust's Clinical Governance structure
Requirements
  • CCT in Old Age Psychiatry or gaining this within 3 months
  • Experience working within a range of older people's community services
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of experience working within an MDT
