About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Family Law Support Specialist to join our team at The Talent Crowd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Family on a 1-2-1 basis, providing administrative support for privately funded cases involving divorce, cohabitation disputes, prenuptial agreements, and children law.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, files, and databases related to case management, client communications, and other relevant tasks.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns to deliver exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the firm's forward-thinking approach by suggesting innovative solutions to improve processes and client care.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • A keen interest in family law and a desire to progress within the field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £24,000-£26,000 per annum.
  • 20 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 30 days after 4 years of service.
