Childcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd. Based in North Wales, Cheshire, and the Wirral, this role offers an excellent opportunity for early years educators to work in a nursery setting.

This position involves providing day-to-day and long-term supply cover as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children in their early education and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in Early Education settings.
  • Motivate all children to reach their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and carers.
