Conflict Resolution Specialist

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in Denbighshire. As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will be working within an award-winning service that provides support services to homeless and vulnerably housed individuals.

• You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs, promoting their progression towards independent living.
• Our team of multi-professionals will provide you with the necessary support and guidance to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage referrals according to established procedures and eligibility criteria.
2. Ensure all individuals are treated fairly and afforded equality of opportunity.
3. Provide consistent application of a model of support to meet individuals' needs.

• Demonstrate awareness of the mission, aims, and objectives of the projects, as well as staff duties and responsibilities.
