This Conflict Resolution Worker position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by homelessness. You will be working with an award-winning service that provides support services across Denbighshire, focusing on preventing homelessness due to family breakdown, landlord and tenant disputes, and neighbour disputes.

• You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
• Observe, monitor, and keep a record of patient conditions.
• Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty.

• To ensure that individuals are aware of the mission, aims, and objectives of the project.
• Manage referrals according to the procedures and eligibility criteria of the project.
