Job Title: Key Accounts - Customer Service Advisor

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences for designated groups.
  • Ensure timely updates on supply statuses, process orders efficiently, and brief logistics teams on customer requirements.
  • Meet key performance indicators such as satisfactorily meeting customer logistical needs, accurately processing sales orders, confirming delivery dates, and adhering to product specifications.
  • Work alongside Sales Account Managers to stay informed, provide essential reports, and coordinate logistics to anticipate future demands.

Requirements:
  • GCSE / A-LEVEL qualification is required for this position.
