Sales Performance Manager

S10 Supplies Ltd is a leading consumables company supplying the Hotel Industry with a diverse range of products. As Sales Performance Manager, you will engage with customers, collaborate across teams, and drive sales success.
This role involves prospecting and qualifying new sales leads, tracking sales activities in our BMS system, and developing strong relationships with prospects and customers. You will also be required to represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry networking events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's sales experience, proven success in achieving sales targets, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Sage 200 and telephone-based sales environment experience are desirable.
You can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a company pension scheme, staff discount, on-site free parking, and employee assistance scheme.
